This notice explains how the current HS Group website handles information supplied by visitors.
Information you choose to provide
The website may ask for your name, organisation, email address, telephone number and details of a food-service requirement. The current enquiry form prepares a message for your own email application or WhatsApp; it does not store the completed form in a website database.
Direct communications
If you contact HS Group by email, telephone or WhatsApp, information is handled through those communication services and may be retained as part of normal business correspondence, proposal preparation and contract discussions.
Chat assistant
The HS Group Assistant currently runs in the visitor's browser using verified company information. It does not transmit questions to an external artificial-intelligence provider or store chat conversations on a server.
Cookies and analytics
The website does not run its own analytics or behavioural tracking. Official video players are provided by YouTube as described below.
External services
Links to email, WhatsApp and YouTube open services operated by third parties. Opening an official video loads a YouTube player using the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain; no YouTube player loads before that action. YouTube handles information associated with its player under its own privacy policy. The policies of external communication services apply when you use them.
