This notice explains how the current HS Group website handles information supplied by visitors.
Information you choose to provide
The website may ask for your name, organisation, email address, telephone number and details of a food-service requirement. The current enquiry form prepares a message for your own email application or WhatsApp; it does not store the completed form in a website database.
Direct communications
If you contact HS Group by email, telephone or WhatsApp, information is handled through those communication services and may be retained as part of normal business correspondence, proposal preparation and contract discussions.
Chat assistant
The HS Group Assistant currently runs in the visitor's browser using verified company information. It does not transmit questions to an external artificial-intelligence provider or store chat conversations on a server.
Cookies and analytics
The current staging build does not intentionally use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking or third-party analytics. If analytics or consent-requiring technologies are introduced later, this notice should be updated before deployment.

Links to email and WhatsApp open services operated by third parties. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this website.
